"Awesome tweed car jacket"
I got this tweed car jacket for my grandson and I’m super pleased. It was just what I needed; it arrived fast; and the quality is top-notch. Also, the price was fair and he looked so cute in it! I’d definitely buy from this place again.

"Clothes for the Grandkids"
I recently bought some outfits for my grandkids from momorii and I couldn't be happier with the stunning quality of these pieces. I accidentally ordered twice and shot them an email about my mistake, and honestly, within no time, someone got back to me and sorted it out. Their service was top-notch. Plus, momorii was super attentive, quick to respond, friendly, and always ready to help. I’d definitely recommend them and will gladly keep using their services down the line. This is hands down the best online store for kids' stuff.

"Customer Service is Key at Momorii"
My experience with Momorii was way better than I thought it would be. Like many others, they’re facing some supply chain hiccups, but while I was waiting for my order, their customer support team was quick and professional in answering all my questions. They made me feel valued. Plus, the baby outfit I got was also beyond what I expected. I totally recommend this company and will definitely shop here again. Fantastic and speedy service! I mistakenly picked the wrong color, but the customer support team was super quick to respond and switched the color for me without needing to cancel and reorder. The stroller bag I got is incredible! The quality is top-notch, and it’s just right for winter. Plus, it’s the most adorable bag I’ve ever come across!

The shoes we got were really adorable, and my daughter mentioned they were comfy enough to wear without any socks. Sadly, the size 28s didn’t fit right. When I reached out to the company for return instructions, they quickly offered to send the next size up right away. Fantastic customer support!

"Ordered the Incorrect Size"
I mistakenly got the wrong size dress and only realized it after getting the delivery confirmation. I reached out to Momorii, and they quickly responded with a generous offer of a 30% discount if I wanted to reorder. I went ahead and asked how to proceed, and then I got another email saying that since it was my first order, they would send me the right size for free. They also asked if I could pay it forward with the size 2 dress. Absolutely, I’m on it! I just placed my second order and plan to keep coming back to this wonderful company. Huge thanks for the fantastic customer service!
